Privacy Policy

If you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, and your phone number and/or email, plus anything you type in the message. We record the page you submitted from and the time.

Submitting the form is your consent to be contacted about that enquiry. The form says so: “By sending this you agree we may contact you about this enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.” We store that sentence alongside your record so there is no dispute about what you agreed to.

If you subscribe to listing updates we store your email and confirm it by a link before sending anything. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

PostHog(product analytics) records page views and clicks on our call and WhatsApp buttons, so we know which buildings people actually read about. It respects your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting — turn that on and it collects nothing.

Meta pixel and Conversions API. We advertise on Instagram and Facebook. The Meta pixel sets cookies to measure whether an ad led to a visit, and to show ads to people who visited. When you submit an enquiry we also send Meta a server-side event so the same visit is not counted twice. Your email and phone are hashed (SHA-256) before they leave our systems — Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint used only for matching, never the raw values. The pixel also respects Do Not Track.

Our servers keep ordinary web logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

Enquiries are stored in our own database, on our own hardware in Mumbai — not in a third-party CRM. They are also copied to our email inbox so a person sees them quickly.

We use a small number of processors: Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare (network), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other brokerages, developers or lead-resale platforms.

We upload contact lists to Meta to show ads to people we already have a business relationship with. Phone numbers are hashed before upload; Meta matches the hashes against its own users and discards the rest. You can stop this at any time by asking us to remove you (below), or through Meta’s own ad preferences.

Enquiries are kept while you are a prospective client and for up to three years after our last contact, because property decisions take years. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent to being contacted. To stop marketing specifically, reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us on the phone.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change what we collect we will change this page and update the date at the top.
